(Arduino Program)Simple Touch less Sanitizer Dispenser

This is a simple Touchless Automatic sanitizer dispenser system arduino code. Note:- when any object or hand comes near the ultrasonic sensor within the range of 20 cm it will pump the sanitizer for 1/2 half second and remain stop/hold for 3 seconds ,so please bring your hand near to the ultrasonic sensor after 3 seconds
